SINGAPORE SOLUTIONS CENTRE (SSC) MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Ownership
The Singapore Solutions Centre (SSC) Shanghai is owned and operated by the Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF) with support from the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA).
2. Duration of Agreement
This Agreement shall be effective upon its execution and shall continue for a period of ONE (1) year subject to a further ONE (1) year extension on terms to be mutually agreed by both SiTF and Member for Associate Member, and at least 3 months for Full and Business Member.
3. Member’s Obligations
3.1. Membership Dues
3.1.1. Full Member
- Full Member undertake to pay an SSC membership fee of S$1,500 per month which is payable monthly in advance on or before the 1st of each month.
- The SSC membership fee shall be paid to the SiTF in Singapore and are subject to prevailing GST.? Members are encouraged to make payment via GIRO;
- Full member shall pay a refundable deposit equivalent to three (3) months of the prevailing SSC membership fee upon the signing of this agreement;
3.1.2. Business Member
- Business Member undertake to pay an SSC membership fee of S$500 per month which is payable upon registration.
- The SSC membership fee shall be paid to the SiTF in Singapore and are subject to prevailing GST.? Members are encouraged to make payment via GIRO;
3.1.3.Associate Member
- Associate Member undertake to pay an SSC membership fee of S$1,000 per year which is payable upon registration.
- The SSC membership fee shall be paid to the SiTF in Singapore and are subject to prevailing GST;
3.2. Resignation
Member wishing to resign their membership shall inform the SiTF at least three (3) months notice in writing. The deposit for Full and Business member may be use in lieu of notice or to offset the notice period or any part thereof. The SiTF reserves the right to deduct any outstanding monies owed by the Member from the deposit paid.
3.3. During the tenure of the agreement, Member shall continue to be part of a Category. Should there be any change in the status Member shall inform SiTF in writing. SiTF reserves the right to determine the status and continuity of the Member in the SSC
3.4. Member shall be a current paid SiTF member during the tenure of the agreement. Should there be any change in the status, SiTF reserves the right to determine the continuity of the Member in the SSC;
3.5. Member shall indemnify the SSC, SiTF or its staff or agents against any claims or suits resulting in the Member’s conduct of activities in China.
4. Member’s Privileges
In consideration of the fulfilment of the Member obligations as outlined above, Member shall enjoy the following, depending on the type of membership:
- The use of SSC prestigious address, brand name and logo in their marketing activities subject to conditions;
- Participate in public relations activities to brand and promote the SSC.? The cost of such participation, if any, shall be borne by the Member;
- Participate in business development and marketing activities such as networking activities, seminars, trade shows and business missions in China organised by the SSC.? The cost of such participation, if any, may be borne by the Member.
- The use of the SSC premises and facilities, such as meeting rooms, seminar rooms and the workstations, during the operating hours of the SSC on a booking system and subject to the pay-per-use for Business and Associate members;
- Administrative support from the SSC Business Centre.? Out of pocket charges, if any, would be borne by the Member.
